Rachel is a dedicated and accomplished legal professional with a strong background in both law and political science. She earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science from Arizona State University in 2012, where she was an active member of Alpha Gamma Delta International Fraternity and Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society. In addition to her major, Rachel completed a minor in Psychology and obtained a Certificate in International Studies. She went on to pursue a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the prestigious Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, graduating in 2020.

Upon completing her law degree, Rachel joined Sorrell Estate and Probate as a Law Clerk in February 2020, where she has been diligently serving clients for over three years. Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable experience as a Trust Account Manager for The Northern Trust Company. Rachel is admitted to practice law in Arizona and currently serves Sorrell Estate and Probate as Associate Attorney.

When she’s not in the office assisting clients, Rachel enjoys trivia games and hiking with her dogs McKenna and Luna.

Monica works closely with families to help administer their loved one’s estate so they can find closure.

Monica holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Phoenix School of Law, a Certificate in Spanish Legal Terminology. In fact, she was the first person to file a motion in Spanish in Solano County, CA. Her prior experience also includes investigating allegations of abuse and neglect for Arizona Adult Protective Services and the City of Phoenix Adult Crimes Unit.

She joined Sorrell Estate and Probate after 20 years working in the legal field, including working for one of the largest law firms in Arizona. The boutique firm setting gives her more time to connect with clients and families. In her free time, Monica enjoys live music, hiking, cycling, and spending time with her loved ones.
